How to Manage Anger?

  • Count from 50 backwards to shift activity from emotional part to analytical part of brain.
  • Laugh often, laughter is the best medicine.
  • Watch movies, telly shows that tickles you.
  • Forgive the person.
  • Relax, think of an event, place, time, activity that you enjoy.
  • Do not conclude, listen to others.
